I Know What It Feels Like to Keep Pushing Through Exhaustion
For over 16 years, I worked in corporate technology implementation while balancing the demands of motherhood, high stress, constant pressure, and an always-busy schedule.
Like many women, I learned how to keep going even when my body was asking me to slow down.
Over time, the stress began catching up with me physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Sleep became difficult. My nervous system felt constantly overstimulated. I struggled with exhaustion, digestive imbalance, and the feeling that no matter how much I accomplished, I never truly felt well.
My Search for Healing Led Me to Ayurveda
What began as a search for stress relief became a much deeper healing journey.
Over several years, I immersed myself in trauma recovery work and began learning how chronic stress, emotionally abusive relationships, and unresolved emotional patterns can deeply affect the nervous system, digestion, sleep, energy, and overall wellbeing.
That journey eventually led me to Ayurveda.
For the first time, I experienced an approach that viewed the body as deeply interconnected — where stress, digestion, sleep, emotions, and lifestyle were all part of the same conversation.
Through Ayurvedic practices, I began restoring balance in ways I had not experienced before:
deeper sleep
improved gut health
calmer nervous system support
more clarity and sustainable energy
a greater sense of peace within myself
Ayurveda became foundational to my healing.
A Modern, Personalized Approach to Wellness
I am currently completing my Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Wellness and Integrative Health through Maharishi International University — the only accredited university in the United States offering this specialized program.
As I continue my education and clinical training, I am offering student-rate wellness packages to support women seeking a more personalized, whole-body approach to healing and balance.
